spa jetsmissing apology
the spa jets were not operational . i had to inquire at the front desk regarding robes for the spa. the desk manager initially suggested taking one from my room but i found no robe there. i had to show her a picture to prove there was no robe and received no apology initially

the room needed some remodeling. bathroom fixtures showed signs of rust and stains (i wasn't thrilled). my towels were fraying and had loose hanging strings. i had essentially no internet connection on the 5th floor.

the breakfast offered all i needed to start the day well. it felt very inviting and the food was freshly made. the staff were also very professional and always ready to support me. i really liked how authentic and carefully designed the hotel felt, even down to the details.
on saturday night, it was very loud. the restaurant had a party until 1 am after midnight. this noise was unacceptable who were trying to sleep. also the red wine in the minibar tasted quite disgusting.

the spa jets were not functional i found this disappointing. when i inquired about spa robes the desk manager initially suggested there were none in my room. i had to return to my room to take a photo showing no robes before receiving assistance it felt insulting.
