mixed experience at this hotel
spa jets missing apology
the spa jets were not operational . i had to inquire at the front desk regarding robes for the spa. the desk manager initially suggested taking one from my room but i found no robe there. i had to show her a picture to prove there was no robe and received no apology initially

bathroom fixtures loose strings
the breakfast offered all i needed to start the day with good energy and was freshly made.
the room needed some remodeling. bathroom fixtures showed signs of rust and stains (i wasn't thrilled). my towels were fraying and had loose hanging strings. i had essentially no internet connection on the 5th floor.

fresh food wide selection pleasant staff
The breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh food! There was a great variety of options for all types of eaters. The staff ensured my pleasant stay and smoothly provided everything I needed.
The music in the spa was sometimes interrupted by adverts. I suggest they get a premium account.

fresh food professional staff late party disgusting wine
the breakfast offered all i needed to start the day well. it felt very inviting and the food was freshly made. the staff were also very professional and always ready to support me. i really liked how authentic and carefully designed the hotel felt, even down to the details.
on saturday night, it was very loud. the restaurant had a party until 1 am after midnight. this noise was unacceptable who were trying to sleep. also the red wine in the minibar tasted quite disgusting.

I liked the room. It included lovely toiletries. breakfast offered good selections! the hotel service was perfect. i also enjoyed an excellent massage.
the room did get a little stuffy. we couldn't let in much fresh air.
